I don't know, like I said, it's like people bring out different things in you and also being in places. I think that it was a combination of things like me being in LA maybe. It can be a whole kind of number of factors. Would you say just the location shifted that or just the people you worked with? It struck me as something very different from the previous two albums. I feel that's why it's being described as a big pop album. I feel like it's not that different from my other sounds, it's just taken another level sonically I think. Yeah, this album has been something that I've wanted to do for a long time. That to me, was just like perfect, the thing that I've always wanted to do. To be able to translate that into pop music and then with my voice too, in the mix. They’re fun and wizards of music, and my true joy is actually music. This one was mostly in LA and mostly with people that I love working with. Hereford does, so maybe that's what effected how I see my second album when I recorded it. LA has absolutely zero nostalgia for me whatsoever. Maybe that's because, I don't know, people that I've worked with, the people you work with kind of bring out different things in you. I feel like there's just a spirit, happy maybe is not the best word to describe it. There's always a dark side to anything happy that I do. Delirium can be either the two extremes of happy or sad. I wanted to use that word because I feel like the fact that I've written a fairly uplifting album has to be tarnished with something.
